Blogger of the Week: Calvin

Hello! My name is Calvin. There are 5 of us in my family. I’m the youngest. I have a sister and a brother. They both play music instruments. My brother also takes Karate lessons.

Last year, we adopted a cat. We named him Jupiter or Jupie for short. He’s a very good and playful cat.

My family loves going on trips. Last Christmas holiday, we drove to South Lake Tahoe and had fun playing in the snow.

I’ve been to many places like Disneyland, Grand Canyon, Yosemite, Las Vegas, Oregon, Washington, Canada, Utah and Philippines to name a few.  But my favorite is Hawaii. This was our second trip to Hawaii.

It’s almost summer vacation and I’ll be turning 9 soon. It also means that I can be in the water more often J, my favorite part of summer.

Blogger of the Week: Chase

Hi! My name is Chase. I am almost 9 years old and I live with my mom, dad, and brother. Over my spring break I went on a trip to Monterey.

On one of our days there we went to the beach and saw a beautiful sunset.

The main part of our trip was when we went to the Monterey Bay Aquarium.

It was COOL! One of my favorite things there was The sea otters. There were lots of other things too! The jellyfish area was pretty awesome.

Also they had a big show where they fed lots of sea animals such as GIGANTIC tuna, hammerhead sharks,and a school of sardines.

On our last day of our trip,  we went tidepooling and found tons of little sand crabs everywhere. My dad told us a story where he found an octopus tidepooling!

Blogger of the Week: Natalie

Hi my name is Natalie and I was born on August 15th 2006. I have a mom, a dad, a little brother named Ethan, a guinea pig named Wilson and four little fish!

Our family likes to go on trips together.

We like to go to Tahoe and Disneyland and my favorite Mexico!

We love Great America too!

A couple weeks ago I went to a Monster Jam in San Jose with my

friends and family. It was at the 49ers Stadium and we got to see a lot of monster trucks! The monster truck that won was Max D. At the end I watched some cool fireworks and there was a lot of smoke after that!

This year I am starting softball! I play shortstop and pitcher. Last weekend I got to go to the River Cats game with my team and we got to walk on the field in a parade! The River Cats lost but it was still fun!

The next day I went on a little hike with my family at Hidden Falls. My little brother kept shouting ew because he saw lots of horse poop! We even saw an amazing little water fall! We took a lot of pictures on the hike! It was also a very nice day to go hiking. I thought that it was really fun!

Hi my name is laiba and I was born on april 17 2006 at 5:00 am. I have a  pet named Cookie (hamster) and a pet named Voltmeter (fish) in harry potter. I have a brother named Zeeshan but for nickname I call him zay zay and I have another brother his name is Subhan (sub)(han) but for nickname it is subway eat fresh. Then my mom’s name is Khalida and my dad’s name is Khalid, they both rhyme.

It was spring break we had two weeks, for spring break we went to hawaii the big island  for one week it was so beautiful over in hawaii . We went to the green sand beach it was pretty there are only four in the whole world and we went to the black sand beach to  see turtles in the black sand beach in hawaii we had to stay 50 feet away of they turtles!! We went to see the rainbow falls it was a waterfall  we saw people sitting right by the waterfall!!

My birthday is on april 17  and it is almost here!! Well I do not know what i should do for my birthday so can u guys tell me somethings l should do for  my birthday leave it in the comment. I AM SO EXCITED I AM TURNING 9 !!! Let me tell u something that I do  not like getting older because our memories and you have to do so many things when you're an adult.

Hi! My name is Emma. I turned 9 on March 21st.  In my family there is me my sister, mom, and dad, My step dad, nana, and papa. I also have a dog named Apollo and two cats named Izzy and Otis. My favorite thing to do with my family is watch a movie together.

For my birthday my dad got me a saltwater fish tank.. The crabs names are all Crabby and the snails names are named after their shell color.

A hobby of mine is gymnastics. I can do flips on the bar and I can almost do a front handspring with no one helping me wich is hard but I am taking a break because I hurt my wrist.

I am so excited because over spring break I am going to Hawaii with my dad so he can look at property there and to celebrate my birthday.

Hi I am Justin, I am 8 years old. My favorite thing to do is either play sports or if I’m not in the mood I watch tv. My favorite subject in third grade is math. I like to play minecraft on the ipad too.

I have 4 people in my family: me (of course), my little brother named Garrett that my classmates nickname him “Mini Justin” then I have my mom and dad. This is a picture of us in Hawaii, we had so much fun!

I also have a pet fish his name is King ( he is a crown tailed male) and my favorite stuffed animal is my gecko, Gecky.

My favorite sport is baseball I like to play pitcher, first base, and short stop.  my team name is the Cal Bears.

Like I said in the first paragraph my favorite video game is minecraft.  I love it so much because it is really FUN to defeat creepers, spiders and things.
