David’s Trip to Monterey

On September 3, 2017 our family went to Monterey.  It took us six hours to get there because the traffic was heavy. When we got to our hotel we unloaded and waited for a few hours and then we went swimming. The pool was packed with people. Then when we got back from swimming we went to go eat at Mcdonalds for dinner and we walked there because it was really close to our hotel. When we got there I got apples, milk, a toy, french fries, and a cheese burger for dinner. Then someone came in and said my name and my sister’s name and it turned out  to be my friend from Star Academy. We talked a lot. They went to their hotel. When we got back to our hotel we got ready for bed. In the morning we got ready to go eat breakfast . For breakfast I had eggs, fries, and bacon! Then I got to stay at the hotel room by myself and sometimes I go check on my family and once I came down and  they were gone! Then I went back up to my room and they were waiting for me. When we got in the room we grabbed our things and went to Monterey Bay Aquarium.

Soon we got there and when we walked there my name was on a street sign!

When we got in we went to the touching pool and we touched bat rays. They were soft, slimy, and cool. We walked to a show about the underworld of the ocean. Then I wanted to go back to touch the bat rays again. I got to see octopuses and so many fish like eels, anchovies and they opened their mouths to breathe and eat, tube snouts, and others. Also I saw penguins, a scuba diver, and I got to play with hermit crabs and a snails.

After we saw so many cool creatures we had lunch. When we were finished we went up to the next floor. There I got to go to another touch pool. Finally we went back downstairs and we went home. When we got there we just stayed there watching tv and then we went to eat dinner. We went to a chinese restaurant and I had noodles with meat and vegetables. We got home and went to bed. In the morning we got packed up and went back home and there were no traffic this time and we got home at 1:00 pm. I had a super spectacular time there.

Noelle Visits San Francisco

I went to San Francisco.  I went with my mom, my sisters Serenity and Natalea and my grandma. Then we went to a banquet .   After we went to  my grandma’s friends house then  we went to sleep.  In the morning we woke up.  Then we had to go to church but instead we went to the doctor because my big sister Natalea was not feeling good so we took her to the doctor so then we waited and waited and waited.  Serenity and me ate pepperoni and Doritos.  Later that day we went to go eat dinner.  My grandma decided to not eat dinner in San Francisco.  Instead we went to eat Burger King in San Mateo.  We drove to Sacramento.  When we got home my grandma left a few hours later I went to bed.  I had so much fun.  I hope you enjoyed my blog.

Peyton’s First amazing Trip To New York

Over the summer I went to New York for the very first time it was amazing!   We each had to pack our own bag.  We drove at night to the airport and flew on the plane for about 5 hours to Newark, New Jersey.

We took a bus to our hotel which was in Times Square it was called Crowne Plaza.  We got to our hotel room we took a nap because we were so tired from the plane ride. We arrived at about 6am in New York and 3am California time.

On our first morning it was August 2nd it was also my sister Kennedy’s 10th birthday.  We went to the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory Broadway Play.  The music and the performers were awesome.

After the play we went to a three story Olive Garden!  The food was delicious!  The servers gave Kennedy a dessert and they sang Happy Birthday to her.  We walked around Times Square.  While we were walking around we stopped at H&M, the Disney Store and a few gift shops.

 

The second morning we went on a double decker bus to see the Empire State Building.

We were able to go inside and we went to the observation deck which was on the 86th floor.  The view was outstanding!

After that we took the subway to Central Park to ride a horse drawn carriage.  It was so much fun!  Kennedy and I fed the horse carrots and it slobbered all over our hands.

That night we took another double decker bus and we took a night tour of the city.  There were lots of lights and it was so pretty.  

After the tour we went to a restaurant called Junior’s.   My family and I had a great dinner.   Kennedy, my mom, and my dad had a raspberry swirl cheesecake.

They said it was DELICIOUS!

 

Then we went back to Times Square.  We took some pictures and went to the M&M Store and the Hershey’s Store.  

The third morning we rode a taxi to a ferry.  On the ferry they gave us a tour  about all the buildings.

 Then after a few minutes we saw the Statue of Liberty.  We went all the way around it!  

It was magnificent!

On the first stop of the ferry we got off and we took a taxi to Georgetown Cupcakes!  Have you ever seen DC Cupcakes on TV?  Georgetown Cupcakes was their second location.

 We went inside and Kennedy, my mom, and my dad each had a cupcake.   Kennedy got a pink lemonade one, my mom got a coffee one,  and my dad got a chocolate one.

 We went back on the ferry and finished the rest of the tour.  When the tour was over we got off and took a taxi back to the hotel we packed our bags and we took a bus back to the Newark, New Jersey airport.

We flew back on the plane for another 5 hour flight.  We got back to the Sacramento airport at about 1:00 in the morning.  I was so tired.

Hello! I miss you. I moved to Ephraim, Utah. 

And I have a big school.

We go fishing a lot. There's a lake fifteen minutes from our house. 

I play baseball. I'm really good. I like pitching. My team name is the Orioles.

I love these books. I am have read all 10 books.
